How it starts
Most embeds start with a Roadmap — three sessions to make sure we both know exactly what we're building before anyone commits to twelve weeks. If you've already done the Roadmap, that fee is credited toward the embed.

Do you write code, or just advise?
Primarily I set and de-risk direction — that's where I'm worth the most to you. Hands-on implementation is on the table when the scope warrants it, and it's priced in.
How long?
Typically 8–12 weeks, fixed scope. Some extend.

Rarely — I run one or two at a time. The conversation is how we find the slot.
